Mr. Douglas Hardwick has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Doug’s experience includes involvement with many aspects of the oil and gas industry including drilling and completing wells, pipeline rights-of-way, gas sales, water flood projects, commercial salt water disposal wells and mineral rights. He has experience in Exploration and Production projects in the Barnett Shale, New York, North Dakota, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and in his home State of Texas.

Rick Hardwick

With nearly 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Rick possesses comprehensive expertise across many facets of the business including: developmental and wildcat drilling ventures, saltwater disposal facilities, and deeded mineral property transactions. His previous roles have encompassed the recruitment, management, and training of licensed oil and gas professionals, as well as overseeing the daily operations of an oil and gas brokerage firm. Rick has participated in exploration and production projects across key energy regions, including Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, North Dakota, Montana, and New York.

Courtland Kilpatrick

Graduate of Texas Christian University TCU and Proud Army Veteran with combat experience. Courtland started out as a land man working for large companies before breaking out onto his own where he sources minerals for large buyers. With over 15 years in the business, he has experience in all areas of the mineral properties business including: contract negotiations- leases, proposals, agreements, and discovery- constantly searching for unclaimed escheated properties unknown to our clients.

ACQUISITIONS

Jonathon Ringler

Gifted technically he Studied Computer Design and Auto CAAD in college. Jonathon’s first job was working with Courtland. He has broad expertise in the area of technical analysis including: asset evaluation- performing fair market value analysis and conduct evaluations to gauge true value, (while uncovering untapped value), accounting preparation-verifying decimal interest and royalty check accuracy, compiling and organizing revenue records, and mineral management- tracking revenue, division orders, permits and drilling of owned assets which uncovers value and avoids missed revenue due to costly errors.
